Our practice achieves results with a focus on criminal matters of all types.
Carl has been practicing law in Indiana for almost 40 years. With his background in law enforcement, prosecution and criminal defense, Carl has experience on all sides of the criminal justice system. It is those decades of experience and expertise that Carl brings to his clients daily.
Carl began his practice of law as a deputy prosecutor in Morgan county and eventually served as the elected Prosecutor in Monroe County for twelve years. After serving the county as prosecutor he transitioned into private practice and began his own firm in 2007.
Carl has experience in many areas of the law, but specifically focuses on criminal defense in Monroe County and South-Central Indiana.
